About the Wire

The El Cerrito Wire is an independent project produced by residents Betty and John Buginas as a service to the community. Its focus is news, information and opinions of interest to residents of El Cerrito, Calif. and nearby communities.

Submitting information

The best way to send information is in the text of an email, but attaching a Word document works too. Write "Please post on elcerritowire.com" or a similar message in the subject field.

Share your views

If you are sending a letter to the editor please indicate this in the subject field or text of the message and include your name, city of residence, and phone number. (The phone number is for our use and will not be printed on the site.) At your request, we will include your e-mail address with your name at the end of the letter. Remember, we are looking for content that is related to El Cerrito.

Please let us know of any errors or omissions, and any information that might aid us in confirming the information, and we will correct the error as soon as possible.
